Volunteering

There are many volunteer roles at Haworth RDA. We are always looking for volunteers to help with the following: yard duties, horse care, leaders, side walkers, managing reception and making tea! 

Whatever your skills, you will have something to offer Haworth RDA – and it’s not just about horses and ponies – there are plenty of other jobs that need to get done and you’re bound to find a role that suits you.

All volunteers are encouraged to work towards a Green Card Certificate. All volunteers are requested to complete basic training and this is documented on an RDA Green Card. This is a declaration that you have been shown and understood the correct procedure to carry out tasks in a safe manner. Once your card is completed it will be sent to the RDA National Office and you will receive a certificate to show that your training is complete.
